Welcome to the website of Hollywood Nails (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website (https://hollywoodnails.co.nz) and/or making a booking with us you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance
   By accessing our website and/or booking our services you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions (and our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree you should not use our site or book our services.

2. Bookings & Services
   2.1 Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone or in-salon, subject to availability.
   2.2 We list service descriptions and prices on our website or in salon; these may change from time to time. If you booked before a price change the original price applies.
   2.3 You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when booking, including any medical or nail/skin condition, allergies or sensitivities. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service.
   2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if we deem a service unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrival
   3.1 We require [insert notice period, e.g. 24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations made within less than [insert hours] may incur a fee of [insert %] of the booked service cost. No-shows may incur 100% of the service cost.
   3.2 If you arrive late we may – at our discretion – shorten or reschedule your service without reduction in price or cancel and charge the full fee.
   3.3 Unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before any future booking.

4. Payment
   4.1 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
   4.2 We accept [list payment methods: cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit card] and any surcharges will be disclosed.
   4.3 A deposit may be required for certain bookings; deposits are [non-refundable / transferable] except in exceptional circumstances.

5. Gift Vouchers
   5.1 Gift vouchers/purchase credits are valid for [insert validity period, e.g. 12 months] from issue date unless otherwise specified.
   5.2 Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at time of service. Value may be deducted for cancellation or no-show depending on policy.

6. Health & Safety / Client Responsibilities
   6.1 You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or use of medications that may affect your treatment prior to the service starting.
   6.2 We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we believe it may compromise your health or ours.

   6.4 You agree to follow any aftercare advice we provide. Failure to follow such advice may affect any guarantee (see section 8).

7. Service Warranty / Guarantee
   7.1 We offer a [insert timeframe, e.g. 7-day] guarantee on certain services (for example gel polish, nail enhancements) subject to you returning within that timeframe and having followed after-care instructions.
   7.2 Guarantee is void if: you have had the nails serviced elsewhere; you have visibly mis-used or damaged your nails; you have not followed our after-care advice; you use harsh chemicals without protection; or you fail to notify us within the guarantee period.
   7.3 Refunds for services rendered are generally not offered. At our discretion we may offer a repair or store credit.

8. Price Changes & Promotions
   8.1 We may change service descriptions, prices, and promotions at any time without notice.
   8.2 Promotions may be limited, cannot always be combined with other offers, and must be applied at time of booking, not retrospectively.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
   9.1 The content on our website (text, graphics, images, logos) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   9.2 You must not reproduce, distribute or exploit our content without express written permission.
   9.3 Our website may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content, practices or policies.

10. Liability
    10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of income, loss of business or personal belongings.
    10.2 We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by your failure to disclose accurate information, your failure to follow after-care instructions, or your negligent behaviour.

11. Code of Conduct
    We request that all clients treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for inappropriate behaviour.

12. Children / Minors
